This is the privacy notice of Pantrini's. In this document, "we", "our", or "us" refer to Pantrini's We are the data controller and we are responsible for your personal data.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy notice. If you have any questions about this privacy notice, including any requests to exercise your legal rights, please contact us.

1. Personal Data we process - our obligation to you

5. Personal Data provided on the understanding that it will be shared with a third party

Our website allows you to post information with a view to that information being read, copied, downloaded, or used by other people. For example, posting a message on our forum or tagging an image on our website.

In posting personal information, it is up to you to satisfy yourself about the privacy level of every person who might use it. This information is also stored by us for governance purposes. 

Please note that once you post any information on our website, it enters the public domain and we have no control over what any individual third party may do with it. We do not accept any responsibility for the actions of a third party.

7. Job application and employment

If you send us personal data in connection with a job application, we may keep it for up to three years in case we decide to contact you at a later date.

When you contact us, whether by telephone, through our website or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need.

We record your request and our reply in order to increase the efficiency of our business

We keep personal data associated with your message, such as your name and email address so as to be able to track our communications with you to provide a high-quality service. Unless stipulated by you, the data will be kept for 3 years

Complaining

When we receive a complaint, we record all the information you have given to us in order to resolve your complaint. If your complaint reasonably requires us to contact some other person, we may need to share with that person, some of the personal data contained in your complaint, in order to fully investigate the matter and for our legitimate interests.

Please note that this may limit the service we can provide to you.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated. 


15. Verification of your identity

When we receive any request to access, edit or delete personal data, we shall first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or otherwise taking any action. This is important to safeguard your information. We may also ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

16.1. We do not store information or personal data relating to any person under 16 years of age, nor do we market to children. You will be asked to confirm you are over 16 years of age on any communication.

Except as otherwise mentioned in this privacy notice, we keep your personal data only for as long as required by us:

18.2. to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time as necessary. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on our website on the day you use our website. We advise you to print a copy for your records.
